WestPetro is well advanced in the development of a wheat to ethanol plant in Western Australia.
WestPetro will process 500,000 tonnes of high starch Energy Grain into 190 million litres of fuel grade ethnaol annually. This will double the size of the current domestic grain market and enhance Western Australian fuel security.
Grainol Limited & Oswal Group Global Joint Venture
Grainol was established in October, 2005 and progressed the ethanol project to a point where in latter 2008 Grainol and Oswal Group Global entered into a joint venture by the name of "WestPetro Pty Ltd" for the build and management of the grain to ethanol plant which will be located in Kwinana, approximately 25km South of Perth Western Australia. The business model is based on domestic and export markets for ethanol sales.
Oswal Group Global maintain world-wide assets and proven success in the development, construction, operations and management of petrochemical and liquid merchant ammonia plants.
